Temenos T24 Functional Solution Architects and Senior Functional Consultants – Singapore

SUMMARY

We are seeking a number of experienced Project Managers and PMO Leaders in Singapore to work on large scale Tier 1 Banking client implemenations of the Temenos T24 Core Banking and Private Wealth Management solution. Suitable candidates should have the following skills and attributes;

  • Lead and manage the implementation of the Temenos T24 Core Banking projects from initiation to post-live support
  • Strong Stakeholder management involving but not limited to project teams including senior management within Technology and Business groups, vendors and other relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Setup and govern the project management processes for the project in line with the defined PMO and SDLC processes
  • Experience in delivering Core Banking Program/projects , and in particular Temenos T24 project delivery experience is highly advantageous and desirable

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage project plans
  • Take leadership of the scope management, implementation schedules and costs, risk management, resource/stakeholder management and change/communication management.
  • Integral role in managing a multi-disciplinary group of functional and technical team members, stakeholders, and senior management within the IT/Technology and Business groups
  • Lead successful development and execution of testing, data migration, integration and cutover plans and execution
  • Oversee Project Management Office (PMO), and adherence to PMO/SDLC processes
  • Manage a diverse range of software, hardware and infrastructure vendors to deliver their contractual commitments throughout the lifecycle leading to post implementation support.
  • Ensure integration and co-ordination between many locations globally, both onshore and offshore, ensuring alignment across geographies and business lines
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies, identify and resolve implementation risks in support of quality and risk management processes

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in IT/Technology related disciplines
  • Extensive project management expertise (minimum of 10-15 years in similar areas) in a complex and diverse IT landscape, covering the full SDLC for large transformation projects
  • Experience in large technology projects in the Financial Services sector, and in particular core banking and/or Private Banking
  • Detailed understanding of banking products and processes across areas such as Deposits, Loans, Derivatives, Securities, and Private Banking/Wealth Management
  • Experience in Temenos T24 Projects overseeing both Functional and Technical areas
  • Familiarity with project portfolio management tools
  • Excellent team and organizational leadership skills
  • Experience and credibility working with senior management and individual contributors
  • Ability to manage and mentor cross-functional teams, and provide strong and effective leadership and direction to project teams and stakeholders from the business, vendors and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Team player with a positive, flexible and creative approach.
  • Project Management Institute (PMI)  or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Proven ability to communicate program vision and collaboratively align diverse organizations from C-Level executives through to business and line management at all levels as needed
  • Strong presentation and group facilitation skills.
  • Extensive experience in establishing and managing project planning, business analysis, requirements gathering, documentation and priorities/critical path activities
